A lot has changed in the past fourteen years, but we will never forget what happened at 8:46am on September 11, 2001.
Fourteen years after the tragic attack on American soil, our hearts still hurt for the 2,977 people who lost their lives. We all have vivid memories of the moment we heard that America was under attack. And although everyone has a different story, a different memory, and a different reaction to 9/11, we all feel the same pain.
Below, the country world reacts to the fourteenth anniversary of that fateful day, and their reactions are heart-wrenching.
R.I.P. to the lives lost: always remembered, never forgotten.

We’ll never forget this moment singing the national anthem on the tenth anniversary of 9/11 at MetLife Stadium. http://t.co/P1T7o93ZNR— Lady Antebellum (@ladyantebellum) September 11, 2015
We remember where we were 14 yrs ago on this date as we watched the 9/11 attacks. What was meant to tear us apart united us.#NeverForget911— Travis Tritt (@Travistritt) September 11, 2015

I will never forget the moment the principle came on the speakers and made the teachers turn the tvs on. I was in German class and I'll never forget the feeling of that day. My heart forever goes out to the men and women who were our heroes that day who had more courage than I could ever have. To the families who lost loved ones you are forever remembered and prayed for. #neverforgotten #911
