It seems that everyone has a certain celebrity they admire above all others. But few people actually get the chance to meet their idols, and there are even less that get the chance to have their own taste of fame.
Trisha Yearwood is one of those lucky people.
The "She's In Love With the Boy" singer got her start in Nashville not as a performer, but as a tour guide at Nashville's Hall of Fame Museum.
Now Yearwood has her own exhibit in the museum and recently received a star on the Music City Walk of Fame alongside her husband Garth Brooks.
"I'm deeply honored. I'm beyond excited," Yearwood said.
Yearwood's exhibit features many artifacts, including an autographed poster of Reba McEntire, which Yearwood got from the "Fancy" singer while she was still working as a tour guide.
Yearwood said that she recently walked through the exhibit with McEntire, which she described as a surreal experience. She said that she warned McEntire ahead of time that the autographed poster was included in the exhibit.
"I'm kind of embarrassed, but you're actually in my exhibit," Yearwood said to McEntire.
Yearwood proves that even celebrities get a little starstruck sometimes. But we can't blame her. After all, McEntire is one of the best-selling artists of all time.
