Rascal Flatts has been performing the hits we love for decades, exceeding expectations by putting on shows like this. With so much emotion and character, they gave one Chicago crowd the performance of a lifetime.
Rascal Flatts' 2001 hit, "I'm Movin' On" was released off their self titled album, and reached #4 on the Billboard Country Songs chart. The emotionally-charged song was most likely the cause of lead singer, Gary Levox's break down.
“We have no words that will ever describe what Chicago means to us,” Levox said to the crowd.
While stumbling through the lyrics mid-song, Levox finished the performance strong, showcasing his signature vocal range. The crowd gave the trio a standing ovation, with the cheering growing louder, and louder by the second.
This must-see performance is a window into how much songs and fans can mean to an artist. They are living out their passion, and that has to get overwhelming at times! Watch the heartfelt performance below.
