HEALTH UPDATE: Willie Nelson ‘Strong As Ever’ In First Appearance Following Health Scare (PHOTOS) | Country Music Videos

Giving us a scare when he postponed several concert dates during his Django and Jimmie Tour with Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson‘s rep cited an unknown “medical issue” for the cause. 

Fans planning to see his concerts can hang on to their tickets as the shows were rescheduled for later dates. Keeping the show going, his performance at Berglund Coliseum got rescheduled from Friday to Monday and local attendees say that he was phenomenal

The review from Dickens goes on even further to state that Nelson “appeared no worse for whatever wear he had experienced. Over about an hour and 10 minutes, he seemed energized…”

Willie Nelson has been a staple to any country music collection since his incredible 1962 hit “Willingly”. He had previously been playing locally in Nashville and writing songs for other artists. His most notable songwriting success was Patsy Cline‘s “Crazy” that broke the charts when it was released.
