The singer/songwriter posted a video to the the Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers’ Facebook Page to praise French president Francois Hollande for declaring war and feels strongly that America should join.

Known for his strong Republican stance, Gatlin says, “If you idiots on the left, who think, ‘Well, let’s get rid of all the guns, and let’s sing “Kumbaya” and wear Birkenstocks and hug tree and worry about climate change. If we could help climate change, the bad guys wouldn’t come after us.’ Bull****! Wake up, America!”

The video has been viewed over 6.6 million times, and there’s no surprise why.
