Trailer For Hank Williams Biopic Finally Released, Uncovers A Dark History | Country Music Videos

A new movie slated for release in March 2016 reveals all the bright wonders of Hank Williams’ short life, but also uncovers some of the dark mysteries surrounding his life. 

Originally screened at the 2015 Toronto International Film Festival, I Saw The Light revolves around one of the most notable country music artists ever to have lived. 

Tom Hiddleston plays Hank Williams and they do bear quite a striking resemblance, not to mention Hiddleston’s incredible acting ability brings each scene to life. 

Just released, the first featured trailer for the film opens with an incredible quote.

“People don’t write music. It’s given to them.” – Hank Williams

Shining a bright light on all of the blessings he had, the preview continues on showing the birth of his son Hank Williams Jr., and his marriage highlights. That’s when the film takes a much darker turn.
