Suddenly, Zac Brown’s beloved Georgia landmark has closed its doors.

Southern Ground Social Club was a live-music venue in downtown Senoia, Georgia associated with Brown. The closing of this once lively spot comes as a shock to his fans and frequent visitors to Southern Ground.
The announcement was released to Southern Ground’s Facebook page.
The statement read:
“After a successful four year run, the Southern Ground Social Club will be closing its doors in Senoia, GA. Special thanks to all of our customers, fans and team members who helped us make great food, music and most importantly, provided support for Camp Southern Ground. Southern Ground will continue to create jobs in Georgia, and will be announcing some exciting new ventures in 2016. Proceeds from the operation of Southern Ground and the restaurant went to fund Camp Southern Ground in Fayette County. The camp was created in 2012 to serve children, but primarily those with neurobehavioral needs, at-risk populations, and children from military families.
