For Zac Brown, music helped him reach his latest goal.
His passion for music led to a passion for food, which led to a passion for wine.
Tuesday (Jan. 19), Brown launched social media accounts for his newest business venture, a line of wine. He’s partnered with winemaker John Killebrew and formed Z. Alexander Brown, the newest wine company made from the heart of California wine country.
According to Z. Alexander Brown’s website, “Zac Brown has always been a man on a journey. Most know him for his music, yet his artistry and creative spirit are without boundaries. No matter where the adventure takes him, Zac has always remained downhome and truthful to his roots. His lifelong connection to the land and passion for bringing music, food, and people together was a natural path to wine.”
Their line currently includes a cabernet sauvignon that is big and bold. They selected the best fruit from the best vineyards to make a “powerful, full-bodied wine with supple tannins and a long, silky finish.”
The other wine is a proprietary red blend, which is a “lush, mouth filling wine that is smooth and round with a generous finish.“
