While most country artists cool things down after their tours end in the summer, Aaron Lewis doesn’t have any plans to slow up. In fact, he just made some pretty big plans for the fall that have country fans feeling understandably excited.
As announced via a press release on Tuesday (July 18), Lewis is prepared to move ahead with a fall tour, which will kick off on October 12 in Shreveport, Louisiana. But Lewis isn’t the only artist that concertgoers will get the chance to see on this new tour.
The biggest thrill of the tour announcement came when it was revealed the Southern rock/country rock band Blackberry Smoke is set to co-headline with Lewis. Named after Lewis’ latest album Sinner and Blackberry Smoke’s song “Sanctified Woman,” the tour is called the Sinners & Sanctified Tour.
Lewis and Blackberry Smoke will be joined by special guest Alex Williams, a country singer who has toured with Lewis in the past. In other words, this tour is going to be packed full of good music!
The Sinners and Sanctified Tour has a total of 17 show dates scheduled, with the last one taking place on November 17 in Charleston, West Virginia. Other tour stops include Irving, Texas, Warren, Ohio, and New York, New York.
