Country fans flocked to Adado Riverfront Park in Lansing, Michigan to watch the biggest names in music for the Common Ground Festival July 5th-July 10th.
Dierks Bentley, Cassadee Pope, Canaan Smith, Aubrie Sellers, Maggie Rose, and Tim McGraw were all on the lineup, but McGraw’s set on Thursday night (July 7) was interrupted by something unexpected.
According to Lansing State Journal, the venue was “being evacuated as severe weather rolled into Lansing”.
The music festival’s Twitter told concert-goers to go to the Lansing Community College ramp, and that the show is postponed, not cancelled.
The park is being evacuated. Please head to the LCC ramp. The show is being postponed.
