Blake Shelton Flips Out While Reading “The Night Before Christmas”

While visiting an elementary school country singer Blake Shelton flips out on a group of inquisitive children in a hysterical skit on his 2012 Christmas Special.

The country star sat down with a group school children to read them the classic Christmas tale, “The Night Before Christmas.” The country singer excitedly begins reading to the children, but become increasingly annoyed as they insistently ask him questions throughout the reading.

As expected, Shelton gives less than appropriate responses to the children, explaining that the mouse wasn’t stirring due to “the cat” taking care of him. The country singer absolutely loses it when one extra curious child asks why the people in the story are taking a nap at night.

“They don’t even know what time it is!” yells Shelton. “Momma and papa have been partying for three days straight, that’s why they gotta settle their brains!”
