Just days after he was forced to give up racing during some of the most important events of the season, the racing star gives fans an update on his health after working with specialists.
Tragically, Earnhardt was yanked from several races due to a head unjury sustained during a crash earlier this year. He was experiencing terrible symptoms like nausea, balance issues, and had markers of a significant concussion.
In a recent post to social media, Earnhardt shared his latest update since leaving fans on the edge of their chairs after saying that he might miss even more races.
So far, he's only been out of two, but with this new update, he appears to be getting closer to the driver's seat.

This week has been filled with difficult updates from Earnhardt's camp, but this shining ray of light seems to dispel some of the rumors that have been circulating.
Earnhardt's team pulled in retired racing legend Jeff Gordon to fill in for him during any races he would miss following last weekend's New Hampshire race with Alex Bowman taking his place.

We are continuing to pray for Dale Jr. during his recovery.
