Since the very beginning of Donald Trump’s candidacy, Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson has supported him 100%. So much so that he spoke at the Republican National Convention over the summer and appeared at several rallies over the course of Trump’s campaign.
It comes as no surprise that Robertson was on hand to watch Trump be inaugurated as the 45th President of the United States on Friday (Jan. 20). His lovely wife, Korie joined him for the Make America Great Again! Welcome Concert on Thursday (Jan. 19), and later at one of the many Inaugural events that took place that night.
While we don’t know for sure which event they attended, our guess is the Black Tie and Boots Ball held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, which featured performances from Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers and The Frontmen consisting of Lonestar’s Richie McDonald, Little Texas’ Tim Rushlow, and Restless Heart’s Larry Stewart.
Willie’s oldest brother Alan and his wife Lisa also attended the event, where they ran into country singer Tanya Tucker. Willie’s brother Jase and his wife Missy were also in attendance at the Inauguration. Willie and Korie’s foster daughter, Rebecca, and her husband, as well as their son John Luke and his wife were all present as well.
Fox News caught up with Willie as he arrived to Capitol Hill on Friday, where he said, “I was happy to be a part of this early but there’s a lot of people on board now, that’s for sure.“
