7-year old Philomena Stendardo is fighting stage 3 brain cancer. The diagnosis came in early September after her dad noticed something during Philomena's soccer game.
“He had seen something that looked a little bit off when she was running in soccer, took her to the hospital, and they found out she had a tumor,” family friend Tom Turner said.
The 2nd grader, whom friends and family call "Bean" or "Phil", was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, an inoperable tumor in her brain stem. The Port Richmond neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where Phil and her family live has come out to support their little fighter in a big way.
Friends and family are asking everyone to "storm the Heaven's with prayer" as they seek a miracle for little Phil. Join us in praying for Philomena and show your support for Phil and her family by sharing this post and use the hashtags #stormtheheavens and #neverstoppraying.
