Early Saturday morning (July 16) a fire broke out at the concert venue where country star Keith Urban was scheduled to perform Saturday night.

A fire was reported around 5:30 a.m. Saturday at the PNC Bank Arts Center in Holmdel, New Jersey, just one of many stops on Keith Urban’s Ripcord Tour. Preliminary findings indicate that a propane tank on a food truck may have caused the fire.

“[The fire] was contained to the truck and did not threaten any other areas of the entertainment venue,” said Lt. Brian Polite, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police.

The State Police Arson/Bomb Unit was called out as a precaution but nothing suspicious was found, Polite added.

No injuries were reported in the incident and Keith Urban’s concert went on as scheduled.

Keith Urban will be touring through the summer and fall before wrapping things up in his native Australia with the help of Carrie Underwood.
