For quite some time now, fans have been speculating that country music superstar Garth Brooks, who is in his third-straight year of touring on his Garth Brooks World Tour with his wife Trisha Yearwood, will be headlining one of the most popular country music festivals there is.
Stagecoach Festival, like its sister festival Coachella, is held at the Empire Polo Fields in Indio, California and brings in thousands upon thousands of country music fans for three days worth of incredible music.
Billboard previously reported that they had “sources” claiming that Brooks would be the 2018 headliner of Stagecoach, but you never really know until an official announcement is made.
On Thursday (Sept. 7), the festival released a teaser video on their social media pages showing off a neon sign with the Stagecoach logo, but missing the “G”.
A little less than 24 hours after that teaser, they released the full announcement, replacing the “G” in Stagecoach with Brooks’ “G” logo, confirming his performance at the fan favorite festival.
