Country music icon Garth Brooks has made his love for Trisha Yearwood no secret at all, often telling media outlets of how much he loves and adores his wife of ten years! The two not only perform together during Brooks' current tour, but Brooks tends to make appearances on Yearwood's widely loved cooking show, Trisha's Southern Kitchen.
Well, seeing that Yearwood had a birthday Monday (Sept. 19), the "Rodeo" singer snagged a handy camera man to give his wife warm wishes!
Referring to his loving wife as "the queen", we can already see Brooks is one hell of a husband, and we strongly encourage more men to use this term. Often.
Draped in a "Garth Brooks World Tour" blanket fastened as a cape, Brooks takes his viewers on a short, but comical, journey to a down the hall room where the lovely Yearwood is casually sitting on an empty couch.
Brooks catches her attention and, like a courteous gentleman, asks her permission (You heard right!) to record "a little something" in light of her birthday! Clearly Yearwood doesn't ever have to stress about a terrible upload like the rest of us gals because her man makes sure she's feeling up to a social media opp! Again, men, take some tips!
Yearwood, gorgeous as always, graciously agrees and Brooks makes his way to her side while singing to his wife, ending the short but sweet serenade with a romantic kiss!
"Oh, I love it," says Yearwood before going in for the smooch!
Brooks encourages fans and viewers to write their "Happy Birthday greetings" to "the queen" (We love that!) in the comments below. The two joke about the special day being a national holiday and ultimately end the clip with genuine thank yous and a final kiss!
Watch the adorable video below and tell us just how much you love these two!
