Jana Kramer Splits From Husband Mike Caussin

15-months after tying the knot, country star Jana Kramer and husband Mike Caussin have separated. 

Entertainment Tonight broke the news Wednesday saying that the couple is taking a break while Caussin is being treated in a rehabilitation center for undisclosed reasons. 

A close friend of the “I Got The Boy” singer told ET that Kramer has been “trying to put on a brave face and do what’s best for her daughter. She’s been devastated by this.”

32-year old Kramer and Caussin, a former NFL tight end, met on Twitter and started dating in August 2014. The couple wed in May of 2015 and welcomed daughter Jolie Rae in January. The marriage is the first for Caussin and the third for Kramer who was married to Michael Gambino for a short time then married actor Johnathon Schaech in 2010. In 2013, she was engaged to fellow country singer Brantley Gilbert, but the wedding was called off. 

Kramer, the 2013 Academy of Country Music’s new female vocalist of the year, is currently on tour promoting her latest album, Thirty One.
