In September 2016, it was revealed that music legend Jerry Lee Lewis had filed a lawsuit against his son-in-law Ezekiel Loftin for $1 million. The suit claimed that Loftin had been posting “untrue and defamatory material” on Facebook about Lewis and his family.

Court documents obtained by TMZ show that Jerry Lee sued Ezekiel again this past week, claiming that he had spent at least $5 million of his fortune. In the suit, Jerry Lee made the allegation that Ezekiel used the $5 million to buy luxury cars, real estate, and plastic surgery.

Ezekiel is married to Jerry Lee’s oldest daughter, Phoebe. Born in 1963, Phoebe was Jerry Lee’s second child with his third wife, Myra Gale Brown.

Now, Jerry Lee has filed suit against Phoebe as well. New court documents also obtained by TMZ show Jerry Lee’s claims that Phoebe abused him while she served as his manager from 2000-2012.

According to Jerry Lee, Phoebe forced her father to go on tour even when his health was poor. He claims that she gave him a “heavy cocktail of psychotropic drugs” to be able to control him.

When they weren’t touring, Jerry Lee claims that Phoebe kept him in house that was in less-than-perfect condition. Jerry Lee claims that the place was so moldy, he had to wear an oxygen mask while he was inside.

In addition, Jerry Lee alleges that Phoebe and Ezekiel conspired to steal his fortune from him. He filed the suit in the hopes of getting his money back. He also wants the couple to stop using his name and likeness.

So far, Phoebe has not reached out with a response to the suit or her father’s claims.

We’re sorry to hear about all of this. No matter what happens in Jerry Lee’s personal life, it can never overshadow his immense talent as a musician and singer. Check out one of his performances below to see what we mean.
