Justin Timberlake is one of the few artists who has managed to cross genre lines and bring together fans of all kinds of music. In 2015, the former boy band singer joined country music newcomer Chris Stapleton for an earth-shattering collaboration at the CMA Awards.
Feb. 26, 2017 Timberlake took his talent to the Oscar stage with a rousing performance of his Oscar-nominated hit “Can’t Stop the Feeling.” The star’s performance opened the live awards show and brought the entire Dolby Theater to its feet.
A tux-clad Timberlake made his way down the aisle of the theater followed by a crew of dancers. The lively performance electrified the excited crowd causing a dance off of Hollywood elite.
Some of the most lively dancers in the crowd were none other than country superstar Keith Urban and his wife Nicole Kidman. Kidman was nominated for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the movie Lion.
Timberlake’s song, “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” was featured in the movie Trolls and the catchy tune was nominated for Best Original Song.
