Korie Robertson’s Photo Of Her Kids Sparks Controversy

Duck Dynasty‘s Korie Robertson is making waves on social media.

She is currently on the road for her daughter, Sadie’s Live Original Tour. She joins Sadie on the stage every night to talk about her relationship with God and has been snapping pictures of the whole experience.

She shared a photo of all the kids out at dinner on Monday night (Sept. 26) with all their phones out. 

“Not normally acceptable to have phones out at at the dinner table, but when the first debate is on,” she wrote in the caption. The Robertson family are known supporters of Donald Trump 

It wasn’t their support of Trump that sparked controversy, it was what was on the table that ruffled feathers. Sitting next to Reed Robertson, the eldest of the Robertson cousins, was an empty bottle of beer.

Reed turned 21 on May 15, so it is completely legal that he have the Corona sitting next to him.

Fans were outraged that the Conservative Christian family were allowing this activity.

“They should not be drinking beer I’m very disappointed,” one fan wrote.

Another said, “Forever more, I don’t think they should be drinking!“

Debate, and not the presidential kind, went back and forth in the comments section. Some fans defended the family because Jesus gave the disciples wine, others were telling everyone to stop judging them, while most were extremely disappointed.
