Country duo LOCASH was slated to play a show in Evansville, Indiana on Sunday (Sept. 3), but made a sudden announcement on their Instagram that they would be postponing the show.
Fans will likely understand since the reason of the postponement was because singer Chris Lucas' wife, Kaitlyn, was going into labor! Lucas flew straight to Tennessee where, according to PEOPLE, their brand new baby girl arrived on Sunday, Sept. 3 at 9:42 p.m. weighing 8 lbs., 1 oz. and measuring 19 inches in length.
They named their daughter Violet Reid Lucas and she is as adorable as her two older siblings, Remi (17 months) and Caden (7), who were eager to meet their little sister.
Lucas told PEOPLE about the special meaning behind Violet's full name, saying, "Violet is named after Kaitlyn’s great-grandma, so Violet’s great-great-grandma. And Reid is probably what she will go by — [it’s] a name that me and Kait fell in love with."

LOCASH has a lot to celebrate. Just one day after Violet's birth, they scored their very first CMA Award nomination for Vocal Duo of the Year.
Congratulations to Chris and Kaitlyn on their new adorable addition! See the band's "Water Breaking News" announcement below, with the help of Nashville star Charles Esten, and Lucas's LOCASH bandmate Preston Brust.
