A big black cloud of smoke billowed and flames flared across both sides of the pickup truck the man was sitting in during this last weekend's NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Kentucky Speedway.
Looking closely at the extreme aerial footage, you can tell that the pickup has a traditional-sized gas grill in the bed and it's far too close for comfort to the cab - which, unsurprisingly, is the part engulfed in flames.
Luckily, there was only one man in the pickup when it burst into flames and sent a huge black cloud of smoke floating over the racetrack, and he was dragged from the pickup by track officials before any serious injury occurred.
Not only was the white pickup seriously torched, but the high-temp flames also damaged the cars on both sides of the truck, however the grill looks like it might still be in working order.
Officials have not issued a statement regarding the cause of the blaze, but it's been assumed that it's related to the fuel source for the grill.
