For the second time this year, Michael Buble has withdrawn from a prior commitment in order to "focus on his family" amid his 3-year old son's cancer battle.
“Our thoughts continue to be with Michael — we respect his ongoing commitment to his family and look forward to working with him again in the future,” the statement reads.
In early November, Buble and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, revealed their son Noah's cancer diagnosis and shared that he was undergoing cancer treatment in the United States.
"We've always talked a lot about the importance of the family and the love we have for our children. Katie and I are going to spend all our time and attention to help Noah to get better, by suspending our professional activities for now," Buble wrote. "During this difficult time, we ask that you pray for him and please respect our privacy. We have a long road ahead of us and we hope that with the support of our family, friends, fans around the world and our faith in God, we can win this battle."
In early February, the family posted an emotional update, saying:
"We are very grateful to report that our son Noah has been evolving favourably during your treatment, and doctors are very optimistic about the future of our little boy. He has been brave at all times and we continue to be inspired by your courage."
Our prayers continue to be with the Buble family and we wish little Noah a complete recovery.
