In an internet filled with fierce criticism against the conservatives of this great nation, two men bravely stand alone. Putting a political twist on Garth Brooks‘ “Friends In Low Places”, a comedic duo deliver a hilarious attack on the liberal left with “Friends In Safe Spaces”.

The crew aimed to make an anthem for what many have coined the “Snowflake Generation” obsessed with overt political correctness. The comedic duo critique certain cultural aspects associated with millennials, especially the phenomenon of “safe spaces” on college campuses.

“Blame it all on our roots, we never wore boots, we never once played in the streets. Feel very bitter, got news off of Twitter, we just can’t handle defeat,” they sang. “I got friends in safe spaces, if you don’t go with us then you must be racist, that’s our catch phase. Where’s our latte?”

Famed cowboy comedian Chad Prather enlisted fellow redneck Steve Mudflap for the the parody. You may recognize Prather from his YouTube video “Unapologetically Southern” that went viral in 2015, earning over 2.7 million views since uploaded to his channel.
