Who knew singing could be so dangerous? One of country music's most promising new artists took an epic tumble during his first ever performance during a stadium tour.
Singer Chris Lane was opening a show for Florida Georgia Line and the Backstreet Boys at Fenway Park in Boston last weekend when he wiped out mid-song. The fall was captured up close by a fan who was seated in the front row.
"Lil slip but bonus points for the recovery," the fan captioned the video posted to Instagram. The "Fix" singer shared the video saying, "My first stadium tour ever....my first fall on stage."
Chris Lane's smooth recovery during the fall would leave one to believe that he'd fallen victim to a slippery stage before. The singer didn't miss a beat as he hit the stage and he managed to get back on his feet and keep going.
Lane joins an impressive list of country stars who have each taken their turn falling on stage. Luke Bryan is possibly the singer most known for his tendency to have accidents both on and off stage. To date, Bryan has had at least half a dozen stage falls, each captured on video by fans. Check out some of our favorites below.
