In the history of competition shows, we’ve seen some pretty memorable acts. But one contestant we won’t forget any time soon is Kelly Fox, who stole the show on Britain’s Got Talent in 2013.

At 71 years old, Fox took to the stage in the hopes of leaving a lasting impression on the judges. At first glance, she seemed like nothing more than a sweet, innocent granny, but she soon proved everyone wrong.

In what is surely one of the most shocking moments any of the show’s judges have ever witnessed, Fox broke out into an over-the-top rock and roll performance of The All Purpose Blues Band’s “Kiss My Ass Baby.”

The sassy song was probably the last thing anyone was expecting to hear come out of Fox’s mouth. When the camera moved to show the looks on the judges’ faces, they were ones of pure shock. But those shocked looks eventually turned into smiles, and soon the whole crowd was clapping and signing along.

By the time Fox brought a rockin’ conclusion to her performance, even Simon Cowell had a smile on his face. He praised Fox, calling her an “inspiration” and speaking of how he was going to remember her.

Seriously though, who could forget Fox’s performance? Our description of it does not even begin to do it justice, so be sure you check it out in the video below. Just as a warning, there is obviously some vulgar language used in her performance.

No wonder why Fox left such an impression with her audition!
