With the ACM Awards less than a month away, more details about the event are starting to fall into place. The award nominees were already announced in February, with Keith Urban and Miranda Lambert earning the most nominations.
Now, we finally know some of the artists that will be performing during the ceremony. The ACMs announced the first round of performers on Tuesday (March 7). Let us tell you, it's one impressive lineup!
So far, we're guaranteed to see performances from Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, Lady Antebellum, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, and Maren Morris during the ACMs. All of these artists are also nominees, meaning that we'll get the chance to watch some of country music's most popular artists do what they do best!
In addition to the above mentioned performers, pop boy band the Backstreet Boys will join Florida Georgia Line on stage at the ACMs. This won't be their only collaboration though. Florida Georgia Line recently announced that the group will be joining them for a few dates on their Dig Your Roots Tour.
As impressive as this lineup is, it's only the beginning. The ACMs are expected to announce more performers in the weeks leading up to the awards.
This year, the ACMs will take place on April 2 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Luke Bryan and Dierks Bentley will return to their roles as hosts of the show, which will air on CBS.
Now we really can't wait for the ACMs to air! Tune in below to watch one of our favorite performances from last year's ceremony.
