The Future Of ‘Jep & Jessica: Growing The Dynasty’ Has Finally Been Revealed

When the Duck Dynasty spin-off show Jep & Jessica: Growing The Dynasty premiered In January, it was a breath of fresh air.

It focused around the youngest Robertson brother, his wife, and their growing family. In the first episode, they reveal that they adopted a baby boy named Gus.

A&E normally announces which shows will be renewed and which shows will not be coming back, but Jep & Jessica was never included on either announcement.

With the return of Duck Dynasty this summer, fans were discouraged about a possible return, because the spin-off normally aired right after. On Aug. 17, Jessica announced on social media that there would be a new episode of Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty featuring Phil and Miss Kay.

Fans were elated by the surprise return and expressed their excitement for the second season.

She took to social media again this week to announce another episode, but she used a few certain words we never wanted to see coming.

“Don’t miss the very last episode of #JepAndJessica #GrowingTheDynasty tomorrow night,” she wrote. “We’re so thankful to have had the opportunity to open up our home and share a little more fun Robertson family moments with you all!”

Trying to clarify if she meant last episode of the season or last episode ever, a fan tweeted Jessica, “Very last? Does that mean it wasn’t renewed?” To which Jessica responded, “That’s correct [Jep & Jessica: Growing the Dynasty] wasn’t.”

While we are sad their show will not be returning, they will still be featured on Duck Dynasty. Make sure to tune into their very last episode Wednesday night (Aug. 24)!
