After falling victim to an unknown number of thieves who stole one of his most treasured guitars, this Texan singer is leaving many speechless with his reaction to the event.

Sadly a common story among musicians and throughout the music industry, often items of value and significance get stolen from tour buses, dressing rooms, or other areas while these folks are out performing for their devoted fans. More often than not, the items are never recovered.

Following his recent performance in New Mexico, country music singer Aaron Watson revealed that one of his beautiful and treasured custom guitars had been stolen straight from his tour bus - but instead of getting irate about it and ranting online like a lot of us might feel tempted to do, he issued a response that is truly a fine example of his character.

The guitar that was stolen is a magnificently-crafted custom instrument featuring an illustration of the three crosses, several favorite Bible verses of Watson's, and his own logo - clearly an item that is very important to him.

In a new post to social media, Watson shared the theft with his fans and asked for their help - but he also donned a tone about the incident that caught many off guard.

"Well this kind of stinks but we believe that someone stole one of my guitars out of the bus after our show in New Mexico," Watson wrote in the post. "There's is a chance it could have happened along the way back to Dallas. It's a custom guitar with three crosses, bible verses and my logo so please contact us if you see this anywhere. We have something very special for the person who helps us find it!"

Watson then shared an outlook on the situation that showed just how down to earth he is, saying, "In the grande [sic] scheme of things it is just a "thing" and it will be ok. Have a blessed day and love love love those around you!"

And he is completely right! Things are just that - things. A lesson that isn't bad to be reminded of every so often.
