‘Voice’ Contestant Puts Soulful Spin On Miley Cyrus’s ‘The Climb’

We can always count on The Voice for incredible renditions of some of our favorite songs.

During the Knockout Rounds in 2018, the contestants definitely brought their A-game.

Vying for his spot on Team Blake Shelton, rock vocalist WILKES gave Miley Cyrus a run for her money with a breathtaking take on her 2009 mega-hit, ”The Climb.”

Even though he was matched against talented team member Dylan Hartigan who delivered a great version of “You Are The Best Thing,” WILKES managed to maintain his spot and continue his journey on Season 14 of NBC’s hit singing competition.

”The Climb” was recorded by Cyrus for 2009 film, Hannah Montana: The Movie. The song was the lead single off the studio soundtrack and went on to become a Top 10 single on an international scale.
