In 2016, she graduated high school, published a book, launched a clothing line, experienced her first big heartbreak, went on tour, learned a lot about herself, and strengthened her relationship with God.
Just a few days in to 2017, Sadie has been extremely busy with moving away from her hometown of West Monroe, Louisiana to Nashville, Tennessee, and embarking on another tour. This time, she will be touring with Winter Jam, which according to their website is "an incredible evening of live concerts by the top artists in Christian music, plus worship and ministry, to encourage believers and share the good news with those who have yet to trust Christ."
Robertson, who will be touring with Winter Jam basically non-stop until April 2, vows to "choose strength over stress" in 2017.
She took to Instagram to let her 2.8 million followers know how she will be handling the new year, saying, "the first week of 2017 has already opened my eyes to a lot of truth I so desperately needed."
2017 will be a trying year for the teen, whose new home base will be away from her parents for the first time ever.
"It's so easy to allow stress to triumph over your life because we allow our circumstances to determine our feelings," she writes. "This year I am determined to not allow that to be my first choice, but to choose strength from God in all things."
Along with a 46-city tour, she will be prepping a second Live Original Tour, as well as continuing her missionary work in the Dominican Republic and Uganda.
