Conservative Commentator Charlie Kirk Has Been Shot

Charlie Kirk, a major conservative voice and CEO of Turning Point USA, was reportedly shot during a Q&A session Wednesday (September 10) at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

The shooting occurred under a pop-up tent as part of his “American Comeback Tour.”

Bystanders described a chaotic scene, and law enforcement confirmed shots were fired.

“A single shot was fired on campus toward a visiting speaker. Police are investigating now, suspect in custody,” an alert from UVU said.

Charlie is in critical condition and currently in surgery, according to a former manager at Turning Point.

President Trump Comments On The Attack

President Donald Trump has called for prayers for his dear friend Charlie.

“We must all pray for Charlie Kirk, who has been shot,” Trump wrote in a message posted to Truth Social.

“A great guy from top to bottom. GOD BLESS HIM!”

Vice President JD Vance Calls For Prayers For Charlie

Vice President JD Vance posted a photo with Charlie to his social media, asking God to protect him in his “darkest hour.”
