Keaton’s L.A. Home Is Now Listed For Sale

Just two months following her passing, Keaton’s 9,000+ square-foot Los Angeles home has reportedly been listed for $26,900,000, according to TMZ.

Her family (or estate) has placed the spacious Sullivan Canyon property on the market that the actress extensively renovated years ago. The transformation of the mansion, completed in 2017, was one of Keaton’s notable design projects.

The five-bedroom, seven-bath residence, which Keaton was especially fond of, has even been named “The House That Pinterest Built,” as reported by the New York Post.

The actress reportedly had a knack for flipping homes, and built a second career off the remarkable projects.

“She’s developed a keen talent for home flipping, particularly when it came to the restoration of neglected or abandoned properties,” Realtor.com wrote earlier this year.

Keaton initially placed the property on the market in March of this year, with an asking price of $28.9 million; however, the listing price was reduced to $27.5 million by May. Before her passing, the home was removed from sale.

“Nestled in prestigious Sullivan Canyon, this grand private and gated estate is a visual treasure trove, where every corner reveals a multitude of intricate details designed to captivate and inspire,” its listing notes. “The sprawling brick structure exudes timeless elegance, enhanced by reclaimed features that pay homage to classic craftsmanship while embracing modern sophistication.”
