Jelly Roll Opens Up About Loneliness And Health Struggles During Grueling Worldwide Tour
on Nov 17, 2025

Superstar Jelly Roll has had an incredibly busy 2025. From touring across the world to hitting impressive weight loss goals, the “Save Me” singer has been seemingly unstoppable.
However, Jelly admitted recently that his demanding and grueling schedule is starting to catch up with his health.
While on the Australia leg of his tour, the country artist acknowledged that he has reached one of the most challenging periods of his career, while being thousands of miles away from his family and support network.
Jelly Tours Across The World
Over the summer, Jelly traveled across Europe for him and Post Malone’s “Big Ass Stadium” Tour.
The singer hit lifelong goals while in Europe, including riding a scooter in Germany and fitting in designer clothes while visiting Italy.
He then traveled to Australia to perform for his “Down Under 2025 Tour.” Jelly was forced to cancel his Auckland, New Zealand show due to illness on November 8, the final stop on the tour.
“Dear Auckland, I’ve done everything I can. I just can’t shake it. It breaks my heart — I’ve probably missed three shows in the last decade. I pride myself on showing up no matter what. Just couldn’t do it this time. Please forgive me,” Jelly told his followers.
Jelly Roll Discusses The Mental Toll Touring Has Had On Him
While Jelly’s year has been life-changing in many positive ways, during a November 2025 appearance on the “No Filter” podcast with Kate Langbroek, he openly discussed the personal toll that touring and his schedule had taken on him.
“Oh, it’s a bad week to ask me. I’m falling apart. It’s a horrible week,” he shared. “I’m doing the worst mentally I’ve done in a long time. I’m really far from home and it’s really hitting me that I’m really far from home, like in an anxious way.”
Jelly also opened up about what being alone has done to him.
“I’m having to be super isolated. I don’t like it,” he said. “I’m spending a lot of time in my hotel room by myself, just in my head. I don’t like it. I’m not having fun and I want to go home. I miss my family a ton.”
The singer shared that his stomach has been a problem for him as well, disrupting the rest of his health.
“When my stomach’s not right, nothing’s right. My mind’s not right. Everything. I’m just not thinking clear,” Jelly said.
