Lainey Wilson Thanks A Fan For Her Service
Country superstar Lainey Wilson brought a young woman up on stage about to serve in the United States Army next month.
Lainey spotted the young woman while headlining Barefoot Country Music Fest, when she noticed her unique sign.
“I leave for the U.S. Army next month,” the girl, whose name was Ciarra, sign read.
Lainey initially tried to get a photo with Ciarra standing at the bottom of the stage, but later she was lifted by the security guard and pulled up onstage by the singer.
She thanked Ciarra for her service, and told her she was only able to do what she does for a living because of the brave service members in uniform.
“This is Ciarra. Y’all give it up for Ciarra. So you are leaving next month for the Army? That’s right, y’all. Thank you so much for your service. Because of people like you, I get to do what I do, and that just means the world to me,” Lainey said.

The Country Star Understands The Ultimate Sacrifice For Freedom
Last month, the singer spoke with the Easy Day Foundation, an organization that supports United States Veterans as they transition back to normal life, on the red carpet at the American Music Awards.
Lainey thanked veterans for doing what they do, so she is able to pursue music and a life of freedom.
“I just want to say thank you so much to our veterans for everything that you do so I get to do things like this, I get to live my dreams out and thank you, thank you for your sacrifice,” the singer said.
