Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation has partnered with Tractor Supply Company to support animal welfare efforts across the United States. Together, they’ve donated $255,000 through the Mutts Across America program.

Through MuttNation’s annual “Mutts Across America” program, one exceptional shelter or foster-based rescue in each state, along with a special “Wildcard” recipient, a tribute to Lambert’s GRAMMY Award-winning album Wildcard, is honored with a surprise $5,000 grant.

“Mutts Across America is MuttNation’s cornerstone program, created by my mother, Bev, over 10 years ago as a way for MuttNation to recognize outstanding shelters nationwide. Once a year, it lets us show our appreciation to the shelters, their staff and volunteers, for the hard work they do every day,” Lambert said. “And, thanks to Tractor Supply’s steadfast commitment to animals and great support of MuttNation, we’re now able to make an even bigger impact.”

MuttNation Donates To Animals Displaced By Tragic Floods

Through its Relief for Rescues Fund, the foundation has also donated over $300,000 to more than 20 shelters and rescue organizations in Texas, New Mexico, and New Jersey. These funds are helping provide critical resources for displaced animals, repairs to damaged facilities, and support for shelter staff working around the clock in the aftermath of the devastating floods last month.

“Texas is my home state and the tragedy that took so many lives – and forever changed so many others – left me without words to express my heartbreak. All I knew was that I wanted to help,” Lambert said. “I’m grateful that our MuttNation-Tractor Supply Relief For Rescues Fund could quickly jump into action. We started the Fund so we could immediately respond to the needs of animal shelters and rescues after a natural disaster, and it’s always incredible to see it in action during times like this. A huge thank you to everyone who has donated to make that possible.”

Tractor Supply, home to MuttNation’s merchandise, also donated to animals displaced by the devastating floods, saying they were committed to help.

“At Tractor Supply, we were heartbroken by the recent floods and the devastating aftermath for these communities,” Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer Kimberley Gardiner at Tractor Supply Company said. “These funds are more than financial support – they’re a lifeline to animals and the people working tirelessly to care for them. We’re committed to helping these organizations continue their mission of care, rescue, and compassion when it’s needed most.”

MuttNation Supports More Than 550 Shelters

Since its inception, Mutts Across America has provided support to more than 550 shelters across the country, awarding over $2.3 million in grants to deserving organizations.

Tractor Supply began partnering with MuttNation in 2021 and the company now plays a key role in expanding the reach and impact which provides emergency assistance to shelters affected by natural disasters.

In addition to monetary donations, the foundation supports adoption events, disaster relief efforts, and pet food donations, and has even expanded into equine rescue through its Idyllwind Grant.

“At Tractor Supply, caring for animals—whether they’re in our homes, our barns, or our communities—is simply part of Life Out Here,” Kimberley Gardiner, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at Tractor Supply Company, said. “That’s why we’re so proud to team up again with MuttNation on Mutts Across America. These surprise grants are our heartfelt way of recognizing and thanking the incredible shelters and people who work tirelessly to give pets the love and second chances they deserve.”
