Red-Headed Taylor Swift Steals A Married Man In Sugarland’s “Babe” Video

This former country star plays the home-wrecking mistress to Jennifer Nettles‘ husband throughout the infidelity-fueled video to their collaboration on “Babe.”

Sugarland reunited after more than a five-year hiatus and one of the tracks on their highly anticipated album was written by none other than Taylor Swift. It seems that Taylor still has a deep connection to country music – she’s penned multiple hit songs for country artists in the last couple years.

Now, taking it a step further, Taylor also appeared on the track as a featured artist.

During the 2018 CMT Music Awards, Sugarland and Taylor Swift premiered the very first look at their upcoming music video for “Babe.” They released the full video not long after.

The Affair & Complete Destruction

The song’s subject matter is based around a pair of lovers and a big mistake that one of them “never should have made.” It goes on to say “You really blew this, babe. We ain’t getting through this one, babe. This is the last time I’ll ever call you babe.” 

This Mad Men-styled video features a stunning redheaded Taylor Swift playing the mistress to Jennifer Nettles’ philandering husband.
