On Sunday, June 1, A Multi-Vehicle Crash Took Place In Downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Six people have been hospitalized following a serious multi-vehicle crash in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg.
According to WVLT 8, five vehicles were involved in the crash, which happened around 4:14 pm in the 700 block of the Parkway.
Footage from the scene shows the vehicles heavily damaged beyond repair along the busy tourist strip.
Gatlinburg officials confirmed that three people were airlifted to the University of Tennessee Medical Center with critical injuries. The other three were transported by ambulance for treatment.
