Trump Mobile Aims To “Disrupt” Phone Carrier Status Quo

Once known as “the Tweeter-in-chief,” it’s safe to say President Donald Trump knows a thing or two about phones… his children, too.

On June 16, the 10th anniversary of Trump announcing he was going to run for president, Don Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, both of The Trump Organization, unveiled Trump Mobile, a cellphone and a cellphone service provider.

Named after Trump’s status as the 47th president, The 47 Plan seeks to “make sure that real Americans can get true value from their mobile carriers,” Don Jr. said.

The Announcement At Trump Tower

Speaking at a press conference held at Trump Tower, Don Jr. said Trump Mobile is continuing Trump Organization’s work in “technology for people who have been underserved,” noting crypto has been one of the organizations endeavors.

Expounding upon Trump Mobile, Don Jr. said:

“With Trump Mobile, we’re going to be introducing an entire package of products that people can come and get telemedicine on their phone for one flat monthly fee, roadside assistance in their cars, unlimited texting to 100 countries around the world.”

Thinking of all of the technology work done by Trump Organization, Eric said, “I think we’ve got the greatest projects in crypto. More and more, our company is evolving into various sectors, but there is kind of a key to that, and that is America.”

With customer service being provided entirely from St. Louis, Missouri, and phones to be made in America, Eric added, “It’s about time we disrupt this space.”
