Charlie Kirk’s Legacy Continues

Charlie Kirk continues to leave his mark on the world even after his tragic death.

One week ago (September 10), Charlie was shot while doing what he loved, speaking on a college campus in Orem, Utah.

He co-founded his organization, Turning Point USA, seeking to inspire the younger generation to embrace free speech. According to its website, Turning Point’s mission is to “identify, educate, train, and organize students to promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.”

In the wake of his death, millions of people are remembering the 31-year-old and his remarkable legacy.

Turning Point Witnesses Monumental Interest Among College Students Following Charlie’s Death

Since his death, Turning Point USA has recieved 54,000 requests nationwide from students interested in starting chapters on their college campus.

“This is just the beginning,” Turning Point wrote on their social media.

Over the past few days, Charlie’s personal Instagram has also grown from around 4 million followers to more than 12 million.

His wife, Erika, addressed the nation just two days following his murder, promising that her husband’s message of faith and courage “would not die.”

She said his mission will become “stronger, bolder, louder and greater than ever,” encouraging young people to join or start Turning Point USA chapters if there was not one near them.

“He wants you to make a difference, and you can,” Erika said. “The movement is not going anywhere, and it will only grow stronger when you join it.”
