The Wait is Over: Yellowstone Fans Celebrate Epic Trailer Release

Taylor Sheridan, the showrunner and mastermind behind Yellowstone, dropped the trailer for the final season, debuting November 10th, 2024.

The show’s Season 5, Part 2, was long awaited due to some unforeseen circumstances. The Hollywood “SAG-AFTRA” strike and scheduling disputes postponed the release from early 2023 to November 2024.

It is important to note that although the cast, crew, and network have announced that this upcoming season will end Yellowstone, there have been rumors about a 6th season.

The networks are allegedly discussing continuing the show. Separate interviews with the cast support the rumor, as they expressed their desire to continue the drama.

What Is The Fate Of Kevin Costner?

To catch you up to speed, Costner revealed on June 21 that he would not be returning to Season 5, Part 2 of Yellowstone.

It seems that Costner could not film the second half of Yellowstone due to scheduling conflicts with prior commitments, including his new project Horizon: An American Saga. He did confirm that we would be willing to return to the show under the right conditions. As of today, there has been no confirmation about Costner’s potential return to the franchise.

It seems he will not be in the final season.

His June 2024 announcement confused fans and made them anxious about what this would mean for their favorite show.
