12-Year-Old ‘America’s Got Talent’ Star Leaves Judges In Awe After ‘My Church’ Performance

The live shows have begun and one of the contest’s youngest acts is starting them off on the right note! 

12-year-old Kadie Lynn has been known as this season’s reigning country act and she’s out to steal everyone’s hearts this week with an unparalleled performance of Maren Morris‘ hit song “My Church”. 

The song, one of the hottest country hits on the radio right now, is a classic-sounding country jam with great guitar presence and plenty of twang – a perfect fit for a rising star!

The youngster has been highly praised by all the judges and even blessed with a huge compliment from Reba McEntire herself when she appeared for a spot as guest judge! This week was no different for Kadie! 

While Howie admitted he wasn’t a country music fan, he said that there was some amazing quality about her voice and poise – especially for how young she is!

“The people at home need to know that! You’re an amazing 12-year-old, so vote for that,” he added. 

While the judges are just there to provide critiques and commentary, all the decisions are now left up to the viewing audience – and we are thrilled to see how far Kadie will go!
