While the winners of the CMA and ACM Awards are chosen by a committee of people within the industry, the CMT Music Awards are different.

Each summer, the CMT Music Awards recognize the best music videos released in the country music world over the course of the past year. While there is a live performance category, music videos are the focus, with some categories being Female Video of the Year and Breakthrough Video of the Year.

If the CMT Music Awards did things like other country awards shows, all of the winners would be chosen by an unseen committee. But they are unique, because they give everyday people the chance to vote for the winners online.

So that means anyone who walks home with a trophy from the CMT Music Awards has you to thank for their big win!

Since many of you voted for the CMT Music Awards this year, we’re sure you’re curious to know who won in each category. Look no further than right here, because this article contains the complete list of winners!

This list will be updated throughout the night as new winners are announced, so be sure to keep checking back!
