In another update, Kelly said she wasn’t sure if the assailant was even old enough to drive.
Colorado Governor Jared Polis Makes A Statement On X
Nearly two hours after the shooting began, Colorado Governor Jared Polis made a statement on x.
He wrote, “I am closely monitoring the situation at Evergreen High School, and am getting live updates. State Troopers are supporting local law enforcement in responding to this situation. Students should be able to attend school safely and without fear across our state and nation. We are all praying for the victims and the entire community.”
This is a developing story.
Our thoughts and prayers are with all the students, faculty, and staff of Evergreen High School.
