With a genre that is growing every day, up and coming country singers have to stick out above the rest. Abby’s Story

Anderson is a 22-year-old powerhouse from Southlake, Texas. Her career got an unexpected start after she performed on Glenn Beck’s radio talk show and landed herself a spot on the Billboard charts for her rendition of “Let Freedom Ring.” After her whirlwind of quick success, she graduated high school early and moved to Nashville in 2015 to pursue her music career full time.

Fast forward to 2018 and Anderson’s soulful ballad “Make Him Wait” took the country world by storm. The powerful lyrics paired with her inspiring video gave the young singer just the boost she needed to kick her foot through the door. Anderson has since gone on to perform at the Opry multiple times, open for big artists, and just dropped another hit single – that has already reached 1 million streams!

“Good Lord”

Anderson’s latest single, “Good Lord” has the upbeat, bubbly vibe just in time for some summer lovin’.

“I bet the good Lord took his sweet time, on your dark hair and your brown eyes. Must have had me on his mind when He made your Georgia smile. Good Lord, you’re a heaven-sent. Hallelujah, can I get an Amen?”

While we adore her vibrant and lively studio version, Country Rebel got an exclusive acoustic session with Anderson and her genuine and raw vocals will make you love her even more!

Anderson and her guitarist took center stage at Country Rebel’s Church Sessions recording and brought the quiet and quaint venue to life. From the very beginning, Anderson’s high-energy will capture your attention as she serenades with her jazzy vocals.
