18th Annual ACM Honors To Return In August
The Academy of Country Music (ACM), one of the leading organizations in the genre, will host their annual celebration, ACM Honors, on August 20th at The Pinnacle venue in Nashville, Tennessee.
The event is promised to be “an unforgettable evening of live music and tributes from some of the biggest names in Country Music.”
Earlier this month, the honorees for this year’s ceremony were announced.
Lainey Wilson will receive the ACM Artist-Songwriter of the Year award for the second consecutive year. Additionally, she took home the prestigious ACM Triple Crown and Milestone Awards last year.

Jelly Roll will receive the ACM Lifting Lives Award for his generous philanthropic efforts. The Tennessee native has donated proceeds from his ticket sales to support at-risk youth, visited facilities across the country to meet with inmates, and has testified before Congress to push for improved mental health care and more resources to fight the ongoing fentanyl crisis.

Cody Johnson will receive the ACM Spirit Award. This award was created to honor artists who continue the legacy of Merle Haggard by “crafting great songs and epitomizing Merle’s spirit through genuine performances and great storytelling.”

Additional honorees include Randy Travis with the ACM Milestone Award for his impact on shaping the genre, and Luke Combs with the ACM International Award for his worldwide fan base. Eric Church will receive the ACM Icon Award.

Lineup Of Performers & Hosts Revealed
Three weeks out from the ceremony, the ACM has shared the first group of artists who are set to perform at the upcoming show, as well as the hosts for the evening.
The live audience can look forward to performances by nine-time ACM winner Luke Bryan, Grammy Award winner Amy Grant, three-time ACM winner Ashley McBryde, and eight-time ACM winner Karen Fairchild.
Carly Pearce will return to host ACM Honors for the fifth consecutive year. Russell Dickerson will join as co-host, his first time in the role. Both talented artists will take the stage for performances as well. Pearce shared:
“This night holds a special place in my heart because it shines a light on the songwriters, musicians, and industry voices who make what we do possible. It’s truly one of my favorite nights of the year. It will be such a full circle moment to co-host with one of my oldest friends in Nashville, Russell Dickerson.”
Tickets are still available for those interested in attending ACM Honors in person on August 20th. Stay tuned for more artist and performance announcements!
