Actor, comedian, and singer Leslie Jordan has died. Jordan’s rep confirmed the sad news with Page Six.

According to Page Six, Jordan “passed away Monday morning after a car crash.” The outlet’s report states:

The famed comedian was driving in Hollywood when it became suspected he suffered some sort of medical emergency and crashed his BMW into the side of a building.”

Jordan was known for his work in shows such as Call Me Kat, American Horror Story, Will & Grace, and Hearts Afire.

On top of being an actor, Jordan was a beloved member of the country music community. He made his Opry debut in 2021 and released his debut album, Company’s Comin‘, that same year.

The album featured collaborations with Dolly Parton, Tanya Tucker, and Chris & Morgane Stapleton, among others.

Jordan had many close friends in the country music world. Two of his dearest friends were John and T.J. Osborne of Brothers Obsorne.

Rest in peace you sweet sweet man,” Brothers Osborne shared in a tribute on social media. “You left a fullness in people’s hearts, a smile on their faces, and joy in their souls. We’ll meet again in the sweet by and by, Leslie.”
