Adorable Wiener Dog Photoshoot Has Hearts Melting – Photos Are Precious

Monica Sanchez, from McAllen, Texas owns a couple of dachshunds who just had puppies and decided to put together one of the most adorable family photos anybody’s ever seen.

The pictures turned out so adorable with them dappered down in their fluffy white blanket and knitted hats. The photos instantly went viral on social media and all Monica said she was trying to do was take pictures for her son so they could always remember this moment.

“I didn’t have dogs or puppies growing up,” Monica siad. “And I wanted my son to see that. I’m just real crazy about capturing moments.”

The Photographer Was Shocked

Monica contacted professional photographer Belinda Schenk, who normally takes pictures of human babies and brought her the idea. Laughing and surprised at the request, Belinda decided to take on the challenge.

“In my mind, since I specialize in maternity and newborns, I’m thinking, ‘OK, another regular maternity session,'” Belinda said. “But at the end she said, ‘It’s actually for my dogs,’ and I wanted to laugh, because I was shocked!”

After the photo shoot date was a confirmed a friend of Monica’s crocheted six hats the size of a gum ball for each newborn to wear. They showed up for the shoot and after all was said and done, Monica was thrilled with the photos and the response she got from people seeing them.
