Considered to be their primary residence throughout their marriage, Urban and Kidman purchased a $3.47 million compound in the Northumberland gated community in Nashville. According to Architectural Digest, they bought the home in 2008 as their second residence in the area. At the time, they also owned a home 25 miles south in Franklin, which they sold in 2016 for $2.7 million.
The current two-acre property boasts a stately 10,925 sq. ft. main house with seven bedrooms, ten bathrooms, a home theater, and a 30-foot-long hobby room. Additional features include outdoor tennis courts and a swimming pool.

$6.5 Million Australian Farmhouse
Both Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman’s roots lie down under in Australia. Although he was born in New Zealand, the musician was raised in Caboolture, Queensland. The actress was born to Australian parents in Honolulu, Hawaii, and was later raised in Sydney.
Also in 2008, they became the owners of a rustic farm called Bunya Hill in Sutton Forest, New South Wales. A Georgian mansion built in 1878 serves as the main house. The home features a green-wall pool room, a library with floor-to-ceiling built-in bookshelves, and a sunny living room with a wood-burning fireplace.
Also on the property are a small guest cottage and open fields for cows and other livestock. See Nicole Kidman give Vogue a tour of the farm in the video below!

$4 Million Sydney Penthouse + Neighboring Units
The following year, the couple purchased a 4,521 sq. ft. penthouse in Milsons Point, Sydney. For an estimated $4 million, the unit offers a stunning view of the Sydney Harbor Bridge and gives access to a covered rooftop terrace.
The two took an apparent liking to the building and continued to acquire units over the years. According to Architectural Digest, Kidman and Urban own a total of six units in the 25-story building, which includes a pool, spa, and gym.

$10 Million Manhattan Apartment
The highest-priced home owned by Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman is their luxury Manhattan apartment, which they acquired in 2010. According to the New York Post, this building’s three separate entrances and garage parking were particularly appealing to Kidman, who wishes to avoid paparazzi. The units were designed with tall ceilings and oversized, arched windows providing ample natural light.
Building amenities include a 75-foot indoor lap pool, a rooftop garden with fire pits, and an approximately 2,200-square-foot fitness center.

Most recently, Nicole Kidman applied for a residency permit in Portugal in July 2025. The pair reportedly purchased a “multimillion-dollar home” in Lisbon’s CostaTerra Golf and Ocean Club, which is considered one of Portugal’s wealthiest gated communities.
Located one hour south of Lisbon, the community has an exclusive golf course, an equestrian club, a family-centric beach club, and a wellness center. Additional celebrities, including George Clooney, Paris Hilton, and Princess Eugenie, are rumored to have property within the neighborhood.
